Center Parcs Elveden Forest August 2003

After the disastrous fire in the Spring of 2002, we waited and waited for the re-opening of CenterParcs' Elveden Forest village. Finally we managed to book a two-week stay in August.

We were lucky that we holidayed in a British heat wave and had superb weather. The refurbished site is a distinct improvement on the old version, especially as there is a real sense of more space and more places for achy, sport-weary bones to rest!
